The value of leftovers

One great thing about cooking is that there are bound to be leftovers. Whether or not you have a business meeting set for tomorrow, cook enough today to have leftovers. It takes no more time or effort, saves you money and allows you to have ingredients that you would note normally have at your disposal that you would not otherwise have.

The best fun is to go into the refrigerator and try and figure out what to cook for that meal. Leftovers I like are Rice, bacon, any type of fish or meat...just for starters. They lead to one dish meals like Fried rice, Saimin (Good Ra-min) and others. Always keep some fresh vegetables in the crisper and you are set and ready to go.
I don't usually cook with recipes but I can always develop on if you need something.

Au Natural

This is the first of many rants on point with the options out there. Start with fresh and you will be normally happy with the results. Let me introduce who and what I (we) am.

My partner for the past thirty something years, the love of my life and my culinary sister is my wife Mary. She has helped me both by encouraging my activities but also by learning to grow more of the ingredients that turn a salad from just greens/iceburg to something that makes you want to hit the reverse button and eat it all over agian.

We won't make this happen by me telling you how you should do things but rather by creating a collaberation which give lots of ideas without the burden of running off to the grocery store to find every ingredient.

When we make something, TASTE it. The best thing you can do is learn to translate from percieved taste to an execution--one that kicks butt. Be bold and use what you know/feel to create something unexpected.

We won't stick to one ethnic territory. There are no borders here. Let's enjoy this blog together!
